HOW IT WORKS:
We begin our nutritional counseling program with an intake questionnaire and initial consult appointment with our nutritionist. We discuss different aspects of your overall health, list any areas where need support and create a plan to achieve your health and wellness goals. Follow-up appoints are scheduled regularly to assess how the plan is working and continue to make nutritional and lifestyle adjustments as needed.

For patients experiencing severe symptoms and choosing to make nutrition a priority, we also recommend working with your doctor and/or specialists to ensure your safety and to implement a cohesive and coordinated plan.
